Ingredients:
- Cans of tuna
- Roma tomatoes
- Green onions
- Cooking oil
- Ketchup
- Fishsauce
Instructions:
1. Wash green onions and tomatoes
2. Cut green onions. 3. Dice tomatoes into 1 in cubes 4. Heat pan over high heat. 5. Add cooking oil 6. While waiting for the oil to heat up, train the canned tuna. Note: Save the water in the can. 7. Throw some green onions to the heat to check if the oil is hot. Pour the green onions into the pot if the oil is heated. Cook until the green onions become translucent. 8. Add tomatoes and cook until their skins begin peeling. 9. Add tuna. Add ketchup and fish sauce one tablespoon at a time. Allow the tuna to cook before add more ketchup and fish sauce. Note: If needed, add tuna water to prevent scorching. 10. Cook until you achieve this color. 11. Now, add ketchup and fish sauce to taste. Note: tasting the water will give a more acculturate taste, then trying the tuna itself. 11. Simmer for at least 10 minutes. 12. Serve with rice. |
